For 4 years, I had the opportunity to work with Nike, Under Armour and Quiksilver at their European Headquarters. I had experienced in the Sales and Merchandising / Retail Buying departments. I pride myself for delivering best-in-class customer service while reaching a high daily financial target; and optimising product assortments for both their e-commerce and brick and mortar stores. The best achievement was being part of a team that successfully opened new strategic stores in key geographical locations globally.

With this knowledge and experiences, I built a strong business acumen to understand the needs and challenges clearly with I can apply to when creating UX solutions.

Why switching to a design career?

Naturally curious with a creative mind, I have always displayed my careful approach to continuously learning. Working on the product management side offered me the opportunity to identify a gap between what companies think of how consumers are using their product/service and how they do it.
Additionally, I’ve always shown strong empathy for others. Hence, I wanted to feel closer to people and use a human-centered approach to my work to make this world a better place.

Interesting! How did you learn the fundamentals of UX/UI Design and Web Design?

I graduated from an intensive six months of UX design with UI Specialisation certification delivered by the Career Foundry school. I also have a certification as a Webflow professional provided by The Flux Academy of Ran Segall.
Because apprenticeship is never finished, I keep myself inform through informative talks and workshops (i.e Le Wagon bootcamps, TedX talks, Medium articles etc.). I also read around 30 books/year to nurture my open-mindedness and knowledge. My latest book is "Intelligent Automation" by Pascal Bornet.

Alright, what can you bring to the table exactly?

I create human-centred solutions for businesses & non-profits-organisations with both analytical and creative thinking.
From the conception through the design to the implementation, I use numerous methods inspired by the design thinking and sprint process; from user research & behavioural psychology, information architecture, wireframing & prototyping, visual design, usability testing to the development phase.

Why should I hire you?

My multicultural profile, interdisciplinary background and passion for user-centric product will add value to your company. My enthusiasm, altruism and determination will make your time working with me profitable.

To conclude, one quote that defines you?

“Let him who would move the world first move himself.” Socrate
